Set Scheduling for Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, or Occasional Cleanings

Your cleanings, whether they are weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, will be scheduled on the same day and time for your ease and convenience. Your custom cleaning plan will be carefully detailed at your free in-home estimate. Each cleaning is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. 

Monthly cleanings are on an every 4 weeks rotation on the same day and time.

Biweekly cleanings are on an every 2 weeks rotation on the same day and time.

Weekly cleanings are once per week on the same day and time.

Occasional cleanings are an option for those who wish to schedule based on availability. Most often, occasional cleanings are best for quarterly deep cleanings or for those who need help with project cleaning after a remodel, new tenants moving in or out and vacation rental cleanings.

If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning or if something is not cleaned to your liking, kindly let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will come back to re-clean the area at no cost. 

What Does A Cleaning Include?

Each cleaning plan is customized according to your specific needs.  However, most cleaning plans, unless you state otherwise, include:

• Dusting from ceiling down to baseboards in all rooms.

• Wiping down all counters and surfaces in every room.

• Changing linens and/or tidying your bed(s).

• Bathrooms- We will wash all mirrors, inside and out of all sinks, tubs and showers, toilets cleaned inside and out, fronts of the cabinets will be washed, your towels will be folded and tidied and of course we will clean the floors.

• Kitchen - All your appliance fronts will be washed, the microwave will be cleaned inside as well. Counters will be washed including under appliances and decor. Sinks and faucets will be cleaned to a shine and of course, floors will be vacuumed and mopped.

• Your garbages will be emptied in your kitchen and bathrooms.

• Your living area will have the couches vacuumed or wiped down, pillows will be fluffed and blankets will be folded and tidy.

• Halls and stairs will be vacuumed and/or mopped with all furniture and decor dusted with the utmost care.

• We always make sure to keep things in their place so you don’t have work to do after we leave.

Is There A Deep Cleaning Option?

For a more detailed cleaning plan or for a deep cleaning it can include:

• Washing your blinds.

• Vacuuming inside your furniture.

• Washing inside your cabinets and drawers.

• Polishing furniture.

• Detailing your baseboards and window sills.

• Washing doors and walls.

• Washing inside garbage cans.

• Sweeping the garage, porch and/or patio.

• Washing inside your dishwasher, oven and fridge.

• Washing inside windows (within reach).

• Washing window tracks.

• Washing light fixtures.
