Payments

Payments: Payments are due on or before the day of service. If paying with cash or check, payment will be in a sealed envelope marked with “Cloud 9 Cleaning” for services to be performed each service date. If paying with a card online, payment will be submitted no later than 11:59pm the day of service through the emailed invoice. If no payment is available and invoice is not paid by 11:59pm the date of service, a late fee in the amount of $50 will be charged. In an event of insufficient funds or a returned check, Client’s account will be billed in the amount of $50 for NSF fees as applicable. Outstanding invoices should be brought to current prior to next cleaning service otherwise, services will be suspended and the late cancellation fee will apply.

We accept cash, check, Venmo @Cloud-Nine-Clean, and card that is processed with a 5% fee.


Cleaning Plans and Changes

Cleaning Plans and Changes: Services to be performed are outlined in the agreed cleaning list provided to the Client. Any changes to the cleaning plan must be given in writing  at least 48 business hours before the scheduled service. An updated cleaning list can be emailed within 24 business hours with a new fee agreement as needed.  Changes that require additional time and are not requested within 48 hours to the already scheduled cleaning may not be able to be performed due to the scheduling needs of other Clients. If the services are able to be performed, the time will be billed at the current hourly rate per hour for recurring cleanings and/or for one-time services. If the changes result in a reduction of time and the 48 hours notice is not given, the full amount for the cleaning service will still be owed. For one-time and initial cleanings, the rate is estimated based on a visual estimate only and may require more or less time to complete the job. Additional time over 1 hour will be discussed before charges will be billed otherwise, the job will require additional bookings to complete. The reason for this is that sometimes when getting into the job, it is discovered that the extra effort and time is needed that may have been hard to just see at the walk-through. We appreciate your understanding of this. We just want to provide you with the best outcome for your home.


Cancellation and Termination

Cancellations: If for some reason you need to cancel a scheduled cleaning, please provide 48 business hours notice in writing to dahlyla@cloud9.eco. If a 48 business hours notice is not given, a late cancellation fee will be applied for 100% the regular cleaning fee rate to Cloud 9 Cleaning and is due within 24 hours of the regularly scheduled cleaning date. Since the Client’s cleaning day and time are a reservation of service, a late cancellation results in a missed opportunity and potential loss to Cloud 9 Cleaning therefore the late cancellation fee is necessary to ensure the future reservations for services. 

Termination of Services: Either party may terminate this agreement with a 14 day written notice to the other party. Any payment for services rendered owed by Client shall be due and payable at the time this agreement is terminated. If the 14 day notice is not given by Client, the late cancellation fee will apply to the remaining services within that time period. No refunds for services rendered for any reason.
